Johnetta brings calm organization, elegant styling, and trusted vendor coordination to every event, from intimate private dinners to grand Kentucky weddings.

How early should we inquire?
For weddings, twelve to eighteen months is ideal, but Planning Absolute Events can also support tighter timelines when availability allows.
Do you work outside one Kentucky city?
Yes. The company is Kentucky-based and built to support weddings and events across the state.
Can you help if we already booked vendors?
Yes. Partial planning and day-of coordination are designed for clients who already have parts of the event in motion.
What services do you coordinate beyond planning?
Planning Absolute Events coordinates table linens, centerpieces, dinnerware, drapes and backdrops, floral, decor, lighting, supplies and balloons, and party favors, all arranged through inquiry and confirmed per event.
How do we inquire about a specific service or vendor category?
Submit a consultation request through the contact form, and Planning Absolute Events will follow up about availability, fit, and next steps. All vendor inquiries are coordinated through PAE as a single point of contact.
Do you offer day-of coordination only?
Yes. Day-of coordination is available for couples and hosts who have planned most of the event and need calm, professional leadership on the day itself.
